Payment Method

  1. When checking out their are 3 methods you can use. You can use stripe to checkout with a Visa or Mastercard.
  2. You could use PayPal to checkout with your bank or any financial institution.
  3. Or if you are into DeFi you can pay with crypto just email use your cart at immajorteam@gamil.com and we will reply with the wallet to send the crypto too!

If payment is decline or “not accepted” we recommend checking out with PayPal. If PayPal is having the same issue please email us at immajorteam@gmail.com and we could work out a wire-transfer under rare circumstances.

Unfortunately we don’t have a physical location at this time but we are willing to meet up with customers in our area. Email us to see if you qualify immajorteam@gmail.com

You can’t unless doing a local pickup.

Product Delivery

Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 days but it varies depending where you are located in the world.

Canada and US order will be ship by UPS, Purolator and DHL. Depending on your location it could vary.

You can order if you are outside of the US or Canada but international shipping rates may vary.

Shipping address can only be changed 24hour within purchase time.

Return Policy

To return your product, send us an email at immajorteam@gmail.com and we’ll contact with where to send your item to.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your banking).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at major.funk0816@gmail.com and we’ll contact with where to send your item to.
